FAQ
DO I NEED TO PAY IN ADVANCE TO BOOK A DATE?
No advance payment is required for lifestyle, portrait, newborn, headshot, or event sessions. Full payment is due on the day of the session.
Wedding bookings require a signed agreement and a 30% non-refundable retainer to reserve the date. The remaining balance is paid according to the terms stated in the contract and invoice.
DO YOU HAVE A PHOTO STUDIO?
I do not have my own studio. My sessions usually take place at home or in carefully selected outdoor and indoor locations.
If you would prefer a studio session, I can suggest suitable rental studios. Studio rental fees are not included in the session price.
WHO SELECTS THE FINAL PHOTOS?
You will receive a private proof gallery and select the number of images included in your package.
Additional images may be purchased before the final editing is completed.
WHAT DOES RETOUCHING INCLUDE?
Lifestyle sessions include professional colour and exposure correction with light, natural retouching when needed. This may include temporary blemishes, redness, and small distractions while preserving natural features.
Detailed professional retouching is included only in business portrait and headshot packages. Facial or body reshaping, clothing colour changes, and extensive background alterations are not included.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
Most final galleries are delivered within 21 days after you submit your selection. Business headshots are delivered within 14 days.
Wedding delivery timelines are specified separately in the wedding agreement.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
If the weather is unsuitable for an outdoor session, we can reschedule at no additional charge or choose a suitable indoor location.
